Acorn Squash


This little squash is too diverse in its ability to become whatever you want it to!  Bake it, scoop out its goodness, and season however you like.  Salt & pepper, spicy with cayenne, or go to the sweet side with cinnamon and sugar.  Your choice!

  1. Acorn Squash
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Salt & pepper
  4. Cinnamon sugar
  5. Other seasons as desired
  1. Cut both ends off
  2. Scoop out the seeds
  3. Drizzle with olive oil
  4. Bake in over at 400° for 45 minutes to one hour.
  5. Remove from oven, scoop out meat of the squash and mash together
  6. Then sprinkle with salt & pepper Or cinnamon sugar OR other desired seasonings
