Killer Flank Steak Marinade


Try our family’s favorite marinade for your flank steak.  You’re sure to call it juicy steak, just like my family.

Killer Flank Steak Marinade
This our family's favorite steak marinade.

  1. 1/2 C Olive Oil
  2. 1/4 C Liquid Aminos (I use BRAGG)
  3. 1/4 C Lemon Juice
  4. 1/8 C Worcestershire Sauce (I use Lea & Perrins which is GF)
  5. 1/8 C Yellow Mustard
  6. 1/2 tsp pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  1. Mix all ingredients in sealable container.
  2. Place flank steak in with the marinate
  3. Marinate at least 6 hours, but should do over night for best results.
  4. Turn and flip container with steak during the time it is marinating
  5. Remove steak from marinade, pat dry and let come to room temperature before grilling
  6. Grill as desired
