- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 lemon
- 2 peeled carrots
- 1 peeled cucumber
- coconut water
- filtered water and ice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Mix first 6 ingrdients
- Add a scoop of protein powder
- Blend in a frozen banana and coconut milk
- My Smoothies are usually 90% veggies, but today I was on island time. Add other flavors as you wish!!! Aloha!
