On Island time today! Pineapple and coconut milk given this smoothie some tropical flavor!

  1. 1 cup fresh pineapple
  2. 1 lemon
  3. 2 peeled carrots
  4. 1 peeled cucumber
  5. coconut water
  6. filtered water and ice
  7. 1 scoop protein powder
  8. 1 frozen banana
  9. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  1. Mix first 6 ingrdients
  2. Add a scoop of protein powder
  3. Blend in a frozen banana and coconut milk
  1. My Smoothies are usually 90% veggies, but today I was on island time. Add other flavors as you wish!!! Aloha!
