Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower

Roasting vegetables brings out the delicious flavor without making them soggy.

Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Cut stem and core from broccoli and cauliflower, to have bite size florets.
- Place broccoli in bowl with whole or chopped garlic, toss to coat with 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Place on sheet pan
- Place cauliflower in same bowl with 1 Tablespoon olive oil, toss to coat with oil
- Place on sheet pan
- Sprinkle with salt
- Roast in oven for 20 - 25 minutes
Notes
- Like more seasoning? Add crushed red peppers, black pepper, thyme, basil, or whatever other flavor combination you like.
